What Bungie gave to Cuckoo "Kid"
He had received items from Bungie due to the recent trolling he had faced, the items being:
[b]-Word of Crota
-Glowhoo
-Bane of the Dark Gods
-FATE OF ALL FOOLS (Immediately when HoW releases)[/b]
He said in his current Twitch.tv stream. I wouldn't be recording the entire stream, but he said that he will receive Fate of all fools by the postmaster sometime soon.
Share your opinions on the incident and how it has been dealt with by Bungie.
Edit: I'm not trolling, just putting out things I've heard from the kid on his stream, people in the comments were also confused as all hell

My opinion? Bungie rewarded a foolish kid who attempted to cheat their game with an item nobody else can get simply because the attempt backfired. This is just a case of Bungie catering to the idiotic masses who preached the kid's "innocence". He was at fault for his actions and deserves nothing.

3 RepliesIf true I'll say I'm a bit annoyed by this. Not about giving him stuff. But why not simply restore his account? Instead they give him items from the last boss on the Hard raid that he had never completed!?! Sure other than word they are vanity items. But still they stand for having completed and accomplishment. By handing those out as a sympathy play they've totally devalued them. I'd be totally fine if they restored his characters and gear. Honestly if they can't technically do this, Bungie is even more pathetic than I already believed. Blizzard has been able to do this in world of Warcraft for over a decade. I'd be totally fine if they have him a bunch of exotics. Heck give him Icebreaker, Gajallahorn and Hawkmoon. But giving him items that can only be obtained from the hard mode endgame is a little meh. It also sets a poor example. I'd think it super easy to simply have restored his previous progress or have him submit the items lost and restore those.

People just need to quit crying about this topic. No water off my back, so what if he gets a weapon? My stats blow his and Kermits away, I own literally all the exotics that Xbox One has to offer. All missions complete, 700 points away from IB rank 5. This is trivial. As I am sure the majority of you here have alot of exotics and weapons, just stop crying, YOU GUYS ARE GOOD. When HoWs releases, it matters not because then you will work to earn you Fate of All Fools, yes EARN, because your going to have to grind PvP while using motes of light for entry.
