But the op said seraph weapons. Does Ikelos and Seraph weapons are considered the same? I know that in lore, the seven seraph used both sets of weapons, but I do not know if they belong to the same "group"

It's easy to get them mixed up because they are both tied to Rasputin, but if language is key then true, Seraph would only mean the Seraph weapons. But considering the Ikelos weapons are up in the kiosk, and in their third version now, it's pretty safe to assume that's what this person means. And no matter what, paying for the same content three times is a bad look.
