Titans are only PvP focused.
Hunters are only PvE focused.
Warlocks are a bit of both.
As it has been from day 1.

Wow, you and I are obviously playing entirely different games.
-
Really? Then you should not post on these forums...this is only for D2 . Here is my proof....hunter ability reloads your weapon....PvE focused. Titan ability puts up a wall that blocks bullet and damages anyone walking through it up to 99.99% of their health as damage.....PvP focused .... Warlock....a rift that makes your weapons do more damage.....PvE focused.. ........a rift that heals and gives an overshield....PvP focused. Titan has exotic options for longer melee range and instakill melee.....2x of any grenades....an overshield on their roaming super as best exotics.....all PvP focused. Hunter has ....orpheus rigs....raiden flux and celestial nighthawk as best exotics ....wich are PvE focused. Warlock has.....skull of dire ahamkara.....lunafaction boots and ophidian aspects....PvE focused ...........they also have sanguine alchemy and karnstein armlets for PvP. Titans have THE best PvP grenades with flashbang/lightning grenade and pulse grenade . Hunters slow acting grenades are all designed around PvE where enemies dont move around much. Warlocks have a mix of the grenades with PvE and PvP. Anyone who looks at the abilities can see this.

Изменено (Unforgiven): 6/5/2018 3:30:52 AMOne issue the Dodge ability of Hunter is pvp focused and so is the jumping which heavily favors pvp therefore your argument goes out the window. BTW I play all classes and each one is focused on both buy definitely Hunter abilities have always been more pvp focused. Nightstalker is hunters only Pve centered class. Otherwise it would be completely pvp focused. The reload mechanic is just an afterthought
-
How is reloading your weapon PvP focused.... If so. Rally barricade does that for 30-40 seconds. And rift can do that while healing you.
-
Oh I dunno it aids you when you are using Antiope D , or the Sidearm which is so amazing on Hunter basically makes you into a short range God in the Crucible.
-
Then titan and warlock are really OP. The warlock can increase the range and damage of weapon while having infinite reload on them . And titans can have a shield that blocks bullets and that reloads their weapons faster than a hunter dodge. Any more reasons besides a weaker version of what titans and warlocks have?
-
The only issue with Warlock is it's floaty jumps they end up causing a lot of deaths for me, I did play warlock heavily in D1 but I don't really enjoy it as much in D2. When I play it I end up having a terrible time and always goin back to Titan or Hunter but I was very big on lock in D1 in fact I absolutely hated lock last two weeks that I don't plan on playing it for a long time
-
Hey,you are changing the subject. ....guess i won that one. Anyway....I really like the warlock jump for most things. Unlike titan lift wich slowly stops you from falling....warlock glide is a midair deadstop....wich will really get to some people who will shoot under you while you shoot them from the air. And when they start shooting you in the air you can just dodge sideways or go down fast while recharging your health to almost full.

Ok. I’m not going to argue you over this, I’m just going to give you a few very basic observations of mine and you can agree, disagree, or just ignore them. It’s all the same to me. Hunters can go invisible, regen health, have a super that last longer than any other, and are dam near impossible to kill while in said super. Additionally they have advanced mobility features from both their jumping and shadstepping. They are essentially easy mode in pvp, and due to the nature of certain exotics are very valuable in pve. Warlocks have blink, devour, an exotic for dual melee abilities that regents health, an exotics that makes rift instantly reload all weapons continuously while defending health or boosting damage. Additionally the solar super is dam near unstoppable, oh and the solar class can also then health while in mid air. Titans have a melee that doesn’t kill anyone, a barricade with a very long animation that has been replaced by the warlocks rift ability, the towering barricade provides no benefit to stats, health, or damage. The defender bubble provides no statistical boost unlike the rift and it’s a dam super. Finally the one saving grace of the titan was double pulse grenades and bungie reduced the damage of this grenades some time ago. So no, it is not balanced in any way shape or form despite how you want to frame it. Saying a titan barricade does 99.99% damage to someone passing through it is ludicrous and you know it.
-
Ok prove me wrong on the titan barricade then. Go in a private match and walk through an enemy titan barricade. And hammers/stormcaller and FoH last longer than arcstrider. Hunters got nerfed and they removed the invisible part....so you cannot complain about that. Warlocks and titans can also regen health ..not only hunter....in fact...hujter needs an exotic to do it...titans and warlocks dont. Titans have a melee that kills the same as anyone else...or even better if they use shoulder charge. I have a clip of their shoulder charge doing about 180 damage to me while i was only hit by that....so dont start on that... And th4 nerf to pulse grenades did not effect PvP ,they still kill in 3 pulses just like on day 1....so dont complain about nothing.
-
Please post the clip of shoulder charge being a ohk.
-
Never said it was a 1 hit kill. I said 180 damage on a shoulder charge. And you can easily get a shoulder charge 1 hit kill by using the synthoceps shoulder charge on someone near their team.
-
-
I said i had a clip of a shoulder charge doing 180 total damage. I never said i had a clip of 1 hit kill.....but is is possible to do that.
-
...... ok
-
Ummm Hunter melee on Arc strider starts your health regen exactly like striker titans bottom tree... so..... yeah I assumed you knew that being pro Hunter and all that...
-
You mean the one on the top tree that is the one no one uses for PvP because the bottom on is for PvP?
-
I use the top one as I like how it works with dodge instant charging the melee on the dodge. Regardless it's still THERE as a ability which CAN be used.
-
Whenever i say that people always complain...but no one uses it so you are wrong. But i wont say that.....YET 😂
-
I walk through barricades all the time to finish off a titan. Or I just jump over it or walk around it...
-
Cant jump over it or walk past it if they place it strategically in doorways . And if a titan presses melee as soon as you touch their barricade they win. Because barricade damages 99% of your health in 0.10 second....it cant kill you....but anything and everything alse after it can....i have even died from jumping after passing through a barricade to run after a titan, back on day 1. After that day i avoid those things.
-
Which game are you playing lol
-
Maybe for you but that's in no way true for overall. Titan+Bubble+ glasshouse = massive help no matter the problem
-
Hunters are PvE focused?? They're practically meta in PvP. I'm too lazy to look at actual statistics, but I play PvP a lot, and titans are the least common in PvP, and hunters are the most common.
-
Oh you are one of those people . Nevermind then ,there is no talking sense into people who think more = better. I tried before and those other 20+ guys lost the arguement and started calling me names and stuff. Just letting you know you could not be anymore wrong. If you just look at melee/grenades/ abilities and supers you already see titans and warlocks are better in crucible. And then there are still people who keep saying "but arcstrider has the highest KD, and the most people play arcstrider" YEAH that is what you get when you nerf the only other good PvP subclass hunter has, people will move on to the next thing. We are not titans and warlocks ,where every subclass is good for PvP. All 3 of our subclasses are made for PvE domination....not PvP.
