It would end up not so special with reforging because everyone could have the same one if they wanted.

I'm not sure if they should specifically allow reforging on IB weapons again but I guess it wouldn't be the end of the world. Although it would create a "Iron banner weapons meta" Special is a term used on thin ice, here.

Изменено (Nerocompany): 10/22/2015 3:14:28 PMI liked that Iron banner weapons could be personalized before House of wolves, but then after it felt like a chore. get the perfect perks or scrap it kinda deal. but the new IB weapons seem reasonable. (of the 2 that I have seen) so Reforging them like Bungie originally did I think would be the best course of action... I mean you can still reforge year one weapons ( I think, have not tried)
