About reforging.
I disapprove of this.
It makes everything so easy. Get one gun and GG! How do you think shotpackage became so infamous? Everyone will eventually have that specific gun.
If you ask me, having reforge takes away that genuine giddyness of getting an awesome gun. It makes looking for that weapon a little more enjoyable and making you appreciate it after having bad ones.
But once you find that [b]special[/b] weapon, it will just feel.. right.
[spoiler]If it helps, replace weapon/gun with girl. It will help you guys understand in a realistic way[/spoiler]

No reforging adds another layer of rng to rng (desired perks on desired weapon on a drop to begin with), reforging option cuts into that third layer..thats how i see it atleast, an FU to rng, perhaps the only FU we had along with Etheric light. I personally never thought of reforging as a bad thing but saw it as the only true attempt at customization in Mehstiny..but turning shotguns into rifles is diabolic.

I did like the feature. The problem in it lies that when it comes to PvP you can create some "god" weapons.

I agree. I hope they don't bring it back. When you land a good roll now, it really feels special.
