I got it on my first try lol my fireteam booted me and I was like what the heck I didn't get anything then I went to the postmaster and got a vex :D

The rng in this game is FOCKED. I'm not that mad but it is truly -blam!-ed up. I get the same weapons over and over, xur engrams give me what he's selling. (More sun breakers today!) I raided vog every week since shortly after launch and never got boots on my titan. Today I raided vog for the first time since dlc and I got 2 pair of titan boots. It's obviously not random. It's randomish but there is some strange weight system in play for sure.

I got mine recently and use it a lot. It's good for non majors/ultras. It's also really good for solar burns and solar shields. Too bad it's getting nerfed because Bungie is calling it an auto rifle.

Got it on 2nd hard vog. My story is a little weird though. I went through vog normal and didnt see any raid armor drop through atleast 9 runs, and then my first hard raid, i got the full set of armor and on my 2nd run I got my vex. Love my vex. I still use it, and cherish it.

All I did was look for people with gatekeeper or atheon cp and help them complete it. Got it on my 5th try

A friend got his last night on his first hard VoG completion. I got mine on my second completion a couple of months ago.
