CE Hard Mode Primary Drop Locations
Any confirmation of how the primaries will drop? I assume each "checkpoint" (end of Pit, two ogres at Bridge, Ir Yut, and Crota) will each have one primary "assigned" to it (similar to the Vault, where the Templar held Fatebringer, the Gatekeeper held the Timepiece, etc.). Obviously, only Crota will drop the Crux. I just doubt Crota will hold all four weapons and the Crux...if so, most people will just vulture for Hard Mode Crota checkpoints and not bother with the rest of the raid.
Any confirmation on this?

Edited because Word of Crota was confirmed to drop from. . .you guessed it, Crota! Edit 2: scout rifle also drops from Crota so all primary drop locations are known.

Pulserifle at Abyss and autorifle at the bridge so far for our team. Deathsinger doesn't drop anything if you did NM so it's basically just the first chest.

8 Repliesyeah, i was thinking about this yesterday. bungie would be really stupid if they put all the primary weapons AND the crux of crota AND all special/heavy weapons AND the helmets only on crota. so i fully expect that to be the case.

My guess would be split between Crota and Death singer, similar to templar and Atheon in VoG. But I'd like a chance at the other checkpoints too!
