how do people still not have a full set of raid gear?
I created a third toon (a Titan) and within 3 resets had it to 32 along with my hunter that is also 32.
My warlock also has a full set. Just waiting on the shards.
I see people complaining about how they aren't getting gear... Maybe I just got lucky. But the loot system seems to be broken for a lot of people.
What piece(s) are you waiting on?
Edit: the consensus seems to be that rng is a bitch and for some reason the chest is ridiculously hard to get.
Patch notes claim that there is "less of a chance of duplicates". Has anyone tried having all of the armor that you already have equipped while doing the raid? That seemed to work for me. Maybe something to do with the rng recognizing what you already have and giving you something different. I would say not to use your tower gear to get to a higher level. Use your previously obtained gear.
Just a little theory.
Also a lot of people are having a hard time finding people to play with. I am recruiting to my clan if anyone wants a regular group of people to play with. Link to apply is below:

When crotas end first came i got three raid armor (legs, chest, arm) in one day but i am not getting the helmet i need to be full raid gear and cant even wear exotic chest or arms without losing a single level -_-. For some reason i always get the chest, followed by arms.

20 raid completions. About 9 gauntlets, 6 boots, one chest, zero helmet. And that's across [b]all[/b] my characters.

I can hit the cap, but I don't have the raid helmet... I have light beyond nemesis which is so helpful during strikes and raids (except in hard raids, then I can't revive people.)

Er for the past 3 weeks all ive gotten are shards and arm pieces i already have o and 1 fusiom rifle

I've only played vog 4 times got the same gun and shader twice and ascendant shards never played crota and not in a big hurry to get to 32 just having fun and wasting time mostly lol

Well my clan runs it all week but when I get on they have finished doing it or don't want to. I've ran it only a few times and have gotten shards, energy, one piece of armor, and the stuff for beating crota

Because I have no wish to run raids. The excitement of raiding for me faded out years ago.

It all comes down to luck really. Still need a couple of bits of gear for a couple of characters. Got lucky with the raid guns and have all of those.

Need either the helmet or chest piece... Only got 2 arms and 1 boots, otherwise either wep or energie... Not to complain got 4th horseman last week!

I don't have good luck with RNG I don't have a single piece of raid gear, all I have gotten was shards,energies, and the sword breaker

On my Hunter I have the boots and gloves but nothing else. I had obtained a second pair of boots. Found nothing but materials on my Titan so far. My warlock only found helm so far...so not much atm but I have not raided to many time for new raid. Maybe 11?

maybe some people dont like to raid. being 31 is enough for vog and nightfall and thats fine by me

The helmet on normal is such a lucky drop.. I have full VoG gear which takes longer than CE and is more sentimental to me
