Lol I see the "legit" Crota Raiders jumping with joy and sticking it to players who cheesed and will no longer be able to cheese next week. In case you guys didn't know: Even without cheese the raid is still easy . So relax, anyone with access to YouTube can figure out what to do in about 5 minutes. The cheese getting moldy will only make the raid a little longer, not more difficult. After the first cheeseless week, everyone will know what to do and even the cheesiest of guardians will have the knowledge necessary to complete it. After that it will all be up to individual skill, teamwork, and communication. The same happened with Atheon, the same will happen with Crota. Not much is going to change.

Edited by D.Warlock13: 1/11/2015 7:56:29 PMOp you're a genius, I thought in making a post like this but then I forgot lol "legit raiders" think they are skilled and special and they think they are the only ones who can complete raid, they actually believe after patch they will be the only ones able to complete raid lol Both raids are easy, legit or cheesing, they are both a walk in the park And as I usually close this comment about legit raiders... Cheesing is a matter of saving time not a matter of lack of skill Cheesers will be completely fine after the patch ;)
-
Did the Raid yesterday, our group never did it before together. We killed him, not cheesing! For me personally it doesn't matter if they patch it or not.
-
I'm happy because I can actually doing the raid instead of doing the boring cheese
-
2 RepliesBecause now we can laugh when we find someone on lfg "Duh, so how do we do dis"
-
It's going to be Templar all over again. Just wait and see.

At least by eliminating the cheese these type parties will be slimmed down some imo

Because a lot of people can't actually do it. Which means the hard raid primaries will be reserved for people that actually took the time to coordinate and work for the hard raid completion.
-
Im happy cus it means hard mode drops soon
-
They won't stand a chance in the hard raid though, oh and team work between 6 randoms? Keep dreaming.
-
I'm happy but not because this effects the cheesers. I'm happy because now I don't need to find a group that doesn't want to cheese. I can play it again in its entirety. Don't get me wrong, I cheesed. But I never wanted to. I just went with group consensus.
-
I cheese because it's easier than going from group to group on lfg hoping that one will know what they are doing. Those of you with dedicated teams don't understand the struggle of having to sit hours on one part of the raid to then have the team quit and you are left with nothing for the effort. If you didn't cheese good for you. Now stop being a bitch and talking shit because someone chose to complete something in a different manner. Get over yourself.
-
I am just happy about it because it will increase the pool of players to do the raid with, every time i go to find a group the majority of them say they want to cheese but i find it more fun to do it legitimately, so i try and find groups that want to do it that way, the new fixes will increase the number of people i can play with now.
-
2 RepliesI'm mixed about it. On one hand, the mechanics were fun. On the other, there will be lots of dumb ppl out there. Also, I hate that they fix the cheese glitches, but leave the ones that wipe groups (like shield bearer regening, swords disappearing, Crota giving chase off the bridge, etc)

Also, the update says that it may be ready as early as tuesday. If it's not on tuesday, pretty much everyone would run the raid 3 times before they do patch it. I only need the helmet and tbh I hope its later than tuesday. Ive done it legit, I just want to run my 3 characters through to try for that helmet as quick as I can, so I can delete my extra titans and get back to making my other characters.
-
I'm not . I can't be arsed with Raiding for two hours and ending up with a different coloured pair of socks for my trouble. If I'm gonna get shit loot ( which I always do ) I wanna get it in two minutes not two hours
-
1 ReplyHave you tried looking on Lfg? Every other word is cheese. Don't get me wrong I do my fair share of cheesing but.... It was quite out of hand. It was way too difficult to find and group that just wanted to play.

Edited by Redacted6211: 1/10/2015 7:33:17 AMThere are alot of people who will not be able to kill Crota now mostly anyone under the age of 15. Thank God.
-
They got kicked from a cheese crews for being noobs
-
they wanna be snowflakes..
-
Full raid gear + black hammer. Not happy. Not complaining.
-
Its a joke because every part of it have magical spots the enemies dont go into lol. I pictured this raid as frantic never ending thrawls running toward you not stopping at a hallway and turning around
-
I mean I got everything I needed from the raid lol besides for black hammer , and I got vex so the new raid primaries will be nice but I don't actually need them , on top of that the raid is easy as hell lol , the people happy about it are sheltered kids let them have there moment I guess
-
Calling Crota's End a "Raid" is a bit far. IMO, it is easier than some of the nightfall missions.
-
Agreed. This Raid is a joke.
-
Knowing how to do the raid has never been difficult. It's whether you have the skill to do it. I also find it sad that there are people in full raid gear who don't know how to do the raid.
-
2 RepliesIt's completely different to watch a vid from YouTube and understand what to do versus actually doing it. "Easier said than done"
