How did you end up with your GF/BF?
I don't know why but how people meet and the circumstances are really interesting, I'm just curious about all the random stories people have on this, some can be quite funny.
This can also be good for people that think they'll be forever alone because they can see all the ways people meet etc.
Btw you don't have to be with someone right now it could be an Ex (unless the thought of them torments you). It could even be a story you've heard about someone else.
I'll start, I met my ex on Call of Duty, while she was with someone else. After 4 months of torment in the friendzone, I finally decided to say I liked her and she just happened to break up with the person she was with 10 mins before (hallelujah), eventually we got together and met up in person and that day was a good day.

Wouldn't it be ironic and actually quite amazing if two people met on this thread talking about this subject. That would be a story to tell.

I recently found out that my ex has turned to weed, just went to Amsterdam and has been partying it up like a dumbass, who knows what else she's been up to, but it's amazing what happens after break ups with some people

8 RepliesHe was a very shy gamer, I was a very social girl. A mutual friend dragged him to a party and I saw him. He was in the back ground and quiet. I asked him to go on a walk with me cause I thought he was cute. And I could tell he was in easy in the crowd. That night I totally fell in love with him, he was so different from the other guys I've always known. He fell in love with me too, that was years ago. I stopped going to parties and started playing video games. He claims im the one who made his life more interesting but I swear everything was only skin deep for me till I met him.

One of my best friends (who I met playing Halo on a LAN at a friend's house; for the first half a year we knew each other we kept referring to each other by gamertag because we didn't know our real names) was marrying one of her sorority sisters. I'm not a party person, unless your party for some reason requires someone to hold up shaky walls, so I was doing my usual chatting and wall-leaning, and Kristin grabbed my arm and pulled me out to the dance floor during a fast song, which is about as outside of my comfort zone as I get. I went with it anyway just to not be rude. Later on, I grabbed her during the last slow song of the night and we slow danced and talked, and things went from there. We haven't gone an entire day without talking since. That was May 5, 2012, and our wedding is July 11, 2015. I still can't dance, by the way.

The girl came and sat next to me we talked for a bit (all casual like) and then she said she didn't have a ride home, so I offered to drive her and she accepted. On the way to her house she and I had really hit it off, and when I pulled up to her house I asked her out on a date. She accepted with gusto, and the rest is history.
