timurs lash error
Hey, the Return to Sender perk on my Timurs Lash doesnt appear to work. My ammo always goes down after i kill something. The way it is worded, my clip should stay the same sie when i kill something.
If i was at 4 shots, when i pull the trigger it should drop to 3, then when the target is dead my clip should go back to 4.

It isn't 100% of the time. This is also true for the Performance Bonus ability. I don't know why the tooltip doesn't say 'has a chance'. Maybe it used to be 100% but they changed it before launch but did not update the tooltip.
