Can Xur sell the mythocast?
Does anyone know if he can or can't for sure? Or is it truly just a raid weapon??

Xur can do whatever the Nine wants him to do. He is not bound by loot tables or RNG, if the Nine want every warlock to own sun breakers so it shall be. [spoiler]but no its not in his loot table[/spoiler]
