Can Xur sell the mythocast?
Does anyone know if he can or can't for sure? Or is it truly just a raid weapon??

No. Don't get to hung over, Vision of Confluence is better IMO. I only use it to get my Fusion Rifle grimoir up.

No. I have mine fully upgraded, but I use vision of confluence more. it makes the mythoclast look sad. Can't wait for them to beef it back up in PvE so I can use it again.

Yes.......if you complete the raid on hard to realize that everyone has it because Xur sold it and your the only one who went through the headache of playing the raid in hard to get it. See the problem here?

He cannot sell exotics that are obtained in a specific way. This includes the Mythoclast and all of the bounty Exotics.

Xur can do whatever the Nine wants him to do. He is not bound by loot tables or RNG, if the Nine want every warlock to own sun breakers so it shall be. [spoiler]but no its not in his loot table[/spoiler]

I don't think Xur has any Vex M since no one likes him. He couldn't do the raids alone unless he's like Goku.
