Clarification....i love this game, but with the cave gone this game is like playing slots for loot. And yes you can farm the Dark Beyond mission but the social aspect for many has been destroyed. Will it destroy the game if drops arent fixed im not sure. But the cave will always be remembered for all of us. Now this game truly is all based on luck in regards to loot.
Edit: I clearly stated that i love this game and if you check my activity log you can see i love playing all different stuff in this game
Further edit: cave is life lol. Not what my point was. My point was destiny is roulette now. Yes there will be changes are they here?no sorry your point is pointless
Further further edit: enough with the "stop crying." Stating an opinion on something if justified in a forum setting whether you agree or not. I simply started a discussion in which i found out new information on a recent event. Enjoy your squabblings below.
tl;dr:Even the cave was like playing a slot machine. That's all this game is, one cruel addicting slot machine.-washboat

13 RepliesYes, when this game was in development I know I was thinking to myself: "self, I can't wait to stand in the cosmodrome I've seen since alpha and shoot early game mobs coming out of a hole for hours." Now that this fantastic and unequivocally thrilling game mechanic has been taken from me there's just no point in moving on. I mean, I guess I could play crucible, strikes, do bounties, explore planets while gathering upgrade materials, level up my gear, etc. but all of those things pale in comparison to the thrill of grinding the hive glory hole for hours until I'm a braindead, lifeless, drooling husk of my former self with nothing but the glow of the farmed engrams to light the darkness that is the hollow space which once held my soul.
