Destiny has flopped on an epic scale!
You played the alpha or beta right? So you already know that I am telling you the truth.
I put a lot of hours in around a friend's house on playing the Alpha (pvp & strikes) and campaign and then played briefly on last gen on the campaign open Beta.
Bungie have fallen from their pedestal, with a thump.
That car crash of different game genres that is Destiny. Halo good game, Borderlands good game, Mass effect good game, merge all three you would think you were onto a winner right? Wrong[spoiler]you would be if Bungie didn't develop it.[/spoiler]
How can you -blam!- up completely what could be epic?
Washy graphics (PS4 & 360 versions tested, yes I know resolution & possibly fps will be uprated on release) [spoiler]Lets hope that sorts that out hey![/spoiler]
Broken HUD
Poor UI
Awful MP (PVP etc)
No quad split screen
Uninspiring merge of Earth history parody and Halo/Mass effect story line.
Rank system can currently be abused, let's go farming?
I was expecting better Bungie, let's hope this travesty can be rectified by 09/09/14.
Destiny is a Poor man's Borderlands, KillZone, COD and Mass Effect.
Halo 3 was Bungie's best title by far, Oh how the mighty have fallen!

1 ReplyIf you are talking about any game prior to Halo 4(and maybe even Reach), Then I might just have to agree with you that Halo is better than Destiny(at least the multiplayer aspect). If you are talking about Halo 4, then your argument is invalid. Nothing will come close to the strategy needed in Halo. Still, Destiny blows most other games out of the water anyways. :)
