I suggest Xbox owners cancel pre-orders and buy pre-owned.
It's time to say enough with the exclusivity of content stripped from games for multiplats. We all pay the same (PS4, Xbox owners) and we all deserve equal treatment. This is a dirty practice I feel all developers need to answer for. It is not fair to PS4 players that plan to buy games like Evolve, Dragon Age or The Division either. We all pay and support the product and we all deserve equal treatment. I canceled my pre-order, I will wait for a pre-owned copy and I will buy it so Bungie does not receive any of my money.

4 RepliesI find it hilarious that nobody said a thing for an entire generation of Microsoft buying exclusive content but the moment Sony does it it's suddenly the worst thing ever. I'm glad PS4 gets exclusive content for Destiny. It's a nice incentive for those of us who jumped ship from 360 to PS4.

Activision made the deal with Sony. Bungie made the game. Activision handles the business end. Destiny is the most expensive games ever made. 500 million. They are showing Sony a little love so as to win over new gamers who may not be familiar with Bungies work. This is a normal business practice. If these companies never made money the industry would die. Is that what you want?

It's a business practice made by publishers in the video game business. If you made an item you'd want to sell it to everyone that wanted it right? but sometimes you can't get your foot in the door without holding out your hand first and it's not a free charity. Bungie wants everyone to have destiny, but they don't have the resources to market it, make the discs, ship the product, make deals with stores to sell the product on there shelves, pay the workers, or pay the bills.
