I have literally never tripped over undone laces in my life. Do people really have such small shuffles of walks that they could stand on their own laces whilst walking? If you had your laces not even laced into the shoe properly I reckon you’d have quite a hard time even if you deliberately tried to trip yourself up or catch them under something.
And don’t get me started on banana skins not even being that slippy.

Depends on your gait. After playing lots of sports I naturally tend to keep my up under me and close together when I walk. So I will sometimes catch a shoelace if it comes undone and the strings are long enough.

4 RepliesIt's happened to me when I was younger. Some shoes have super long laces for some reason. It was rare, but it has happened. I often swap out shoelaces for shorter ones.

Life is about survival, some people are destined to FAFO thusly fulfilling their inmost darwinism of removing themselves from the gene pool, hence why any and all safety procedures exist and are redundant.
