SMS Validation 1618
When i try to add phone number an error appears:
An unexpected error has occurred on Bungie's servers while trying to grab Destiny information. (1618)
Without SMS, I can"t play some activities, including dlc, like Trials of Osiris
The error has been hanging for a month now, I don’t really hope that they will fix it, is there a way to fix it other than not through the website, for example through technical support?

1 ReplyHello there, Thank you for reaching out Try to run through these checks: Use a real mobile number Must be a standard mobile (cell) number, not: VOIP (Google Voice, Skype, etc.) Landline Enter it with your correct country code (e.g., +1, +44, etc.). Make sure the number isn’t in use on another Bungie account A phone number generally can only be tied to one Bungie account at a time. If you’ve used it before on a different Bungie account, log into that one and: Go to Settings → Account → SMS/Authentication and remove the number. Then try validating again on your main account. Check carrier/SMS settings Confirm your phone can receive: Short-code or “service” texts. International SMS (Bungie’s provider may be outside your region). Disable SMS blocking/anti-spam apps temporarily and retry. Wait and retry Too many failed attempts in a short window can temporarily lock validation. Wait at least a few hours (ideally 24), then try again once with the correct info.

Unfortunately, the SMS validation is not working right now; you'll have to wait until Bungie fixes it.
