How are you all doing?
It feels like Bungie has been feeding us bread and water since last year...
I'm hungry; hungry for new content...
I've been keeping busy running Arena and Exfil...

1 ReplyThe occassional lawless frontier. Just checked and I had 20 activities logged in the past 14 days. That about 2,5 h per week? So yeah, not much and it's becoming less and less. I'm very much a "one game at a time type of player" - assuming I play at all - and I've reached the point where I'm actually on the market for a new game. That is rare because I've only played eight or so games in the past 25 years and I typically never go back to a game I've moved on from.

Not gaming, outside of logging in once every few days to do the terminal overload bounty (idk why I'm bothering tbh) Watching lots of sport & TV shows I've lapsed on. Never felt less attracted to gaming than I do right now & considering selling my gear & giving up totally. Always said I'd quit when destiny ends & I've never been closer. Only thing stopping me is finding a new hobby but I'm barely gaming anyway so it's organically happening.

1 ReplyThe launch of TFS was great. There was about a 3-4 week stretch where the game was immaculate. Then they just never adjusted Prismatic in any meaningful capacity. Let Consecration Titan run amok (still is one of the best builds out there SMDH). Let Getaway Warlock run amok (SMDH). Cytarachne+Synthos Hunter run amok. They sandbox struggled. Until Heresy! Heresy was impeccable in regards to an Artifact. Who'd have thought that Storm's Keep would revitalize the entire sandbox?!? But it did. There so many viable builds and alternatives out there during Heresy. And now? It's just Praxic Blade this, Praxic Blade that. Prismatic this. Prismatic that. Stale all around. But Heresy was quality content during TFS. High quality. Some of the best we've ever had! So this idea they aren't capable of better content than the slop that has released since EOF simply isn't true. It starts with the Sandbox and Artifact. Whatever the meta is CANNOT stagnate on 1-2 builds per class. Since TFS, the metas have so clearly become P2W DLC related it isn't funny. MUST HAVE this Dungeon Weapon. MUST HAVE this Subclass. MUST HAVE this DLC weapon. They aren't even hiding it anymore if they were before. To keep myself engaged? I do the non-Vanguard alert GMs with my buddy. Duo them. Keeps us on our toes. We both stay away from Prismatic. It's too one-dimensional. When I'm on solo I live in Arena, Dares or Wellspring. I love the 6 man offensives and I'm hopeful Bungie will bring back the other ones (Salvage, Menagarie, Sun Dial, etc) to the Arena Ops. Lots of opportunity to roleplay in those and run really off-meta builds with great success.

2 RepliesI’m in the log in at reset, check the store then log out club right now, pretty much out of habit at this point lol Feels like I’m in a waiting pattern atm, waiting for Crimson Desert, waiting to see the new pssr2 on my ps5 pro, waiting to see if this game survives and waiting for the snow to screw off so I can at least go out an shoot my bows without freezing my butt off, one of the downsides to being Canadian, long damn winters :)

1 ReplyHUNGRY FOR NEW CONTENT !!!?????? Destiny 2 does not need new content , they need to remove content , remove the portal , remove tier loot , remove the new armor stats . You can put your new content where the sun does not shine . Or better yet , in destiny 3 so destiny 2 players can enjoy destiny 2 again . That new content is the reason why destiny 2 players left in the first place . Are you a content creator ? Cause they don't care about the well being of the game either , they only ask for new content so they can promote it for 3 weeks and then let the game rot .

1 ReplyWeekly dungeon run for the double loot Weekly lawless frontier drop for a weapon on all 3 characters That’s about it. Maybe a pinnacle op if I have bonus loot. Maybe trials if it is the hand cannon.

good question! (no serious that is the best open question you can ask so that we can share ideas about things to do) my plan as I see Deathproof is available from Petra is to finish that bounty start-up war of the dreaming city bounty as well... will consider a well depending on feeling as I travel around dreaming city... at least 1 or 2 runs of lawless for credits and so I can keep up my enhancement cores.. may switch to the b7 faction... may consider Europa (1st lost sector in the eclipsed always drops a weapon while I do another weapon bounty)... and ultimately if time somehow permits it all Control games (may skip to this too). can't bring myself to do vanguard alerts - the quickplay is fine for arena and fireops its just the loot is too stale... and I'll paste this I stated about yesterday (happy to answer any questions btw) [quote]And to support your point a bit - I was sick yesterday and what made me feel better is just deciding to log in Destiny 2.... ---Cleaned up the vault.. ---farmed some t5 godrolls I wanted in the EOF loot cave on Mythic Kepler.. ---picked up that spare rations to try in crucible..
