My Bungie account is many years old, and I no longer have access to the Steam account that is linked to it. I understand that Bungie currently states that certain linked accounts cannot be unlinked. However, under Brazilian consumer protection law (Código de Defesa do Consumidor – Law No. 8.078/1990), users have the right to access, correct, and manage their personal data and account associations. Preventing a user from unlinking an inaccessible third-party account effectively restricts access and control over their own digital account and personal data.
