Error with unlinking my old (deleted) twitch account
As the title says, It will not let me unlink my old defunct twitch account so i can link my new one that i currently use. The Error states "AUTHENTICATION ERROR: Unlinking has failed because you signed into a different external account than the one you have linked. We cannot unlink your external account unless you sign into the correct account." I cant log into the old account due to it not exisiting. Any help would be appreciated.

1 ReplyEdited by EckyThump: 2/26/2026 4:42:04 PMHey there, unfortunately if Twitch are not able to help restore the account, then it is stuck being linked. Authentication is currently the only way to unlink, Bungie will not unlink it on their end under any circumstances.
