Born in Darkness Part 4 – Nightfall Strikes not progressing while Stasis equipped
I am having an issue with the Born in Darkness Part 4 quest step.
The quest requires:
Completing Nightfall Strikes with Stasis equipped
Defeating combatants affected by Stasis
The “combatants affected by Stasis” objective is progressing correctly.
However, the “Nightfall Strikes completed with Stasis equipped” objective is not progressing at all.

Looking at your game history for the time you posted - you DNF'd the Nightfall. Inverted Spire currently has a bug where the chest will spawn but the activity will not finish, so it won't count towards the quest. Rerun a Nightfall when it isn't The Inverted Spire.
