I need help with unbinding my actual steam account from cross save. I don't have access to this account anymore and i can't unlink it to connect my actual steam account to transfer my 10+ years of progress. is there any possible way that you can unlink old account from cross save ? if yes then thank you and enjoy your day

Hi there! As of March 25th, it is no longer possible to unlink platform accounts from Bungie.net profiles. For more information, please check out this article. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025 Before March 25th, in order to unlink any accounts from any profiles, you must be able to authenticate them. Bungie does not remove any account from any profile for any reason, as this would be considered unauthorized.
