Cross Save Authentication Error
good day from the uk, I am trying to cross save from console to PC but having issues. It wont let me click continue to activate PS5 characters. I heard you need to authenticate all accounts linked, however my Epic Games keeps having an error with it. Any help, please as really keen and wanting to play my account on PC.

4 RepliesHey there, could you try the following - log out of Bungie.net and log back in with your Epic Games credentials. - if it logs you back into this same account, then Epic Games will be auto-authenticated on the cross-save setup screen. - if it logs you into a different Bungie Account, or asks you to create a new one, or asks you to link an existing one, then it means the Epic Games account linked is a different account, hence the reason it wouldn't authenticate with those credentials.
