DLC not transferring through cross save
I purchased a DLC on PlayStation and the same account will not receive it on XBox

Dlc do NOT transfer through cross save. You must purchase the dlc on every platform you wish to game on. Bungie do NOT control the dlc licenses the platforms do.

Please note that, due to how licensing works, DLC can only be played on the platform on which they are purchased. These will not transfer through Cross Save.
