Anything gm to ultimate should guarantee tier 5 at every chest ,especially when done solo. Also bungie if you want the playerbase to trust the devs/ company, when you specifically say you are fixing the getting booped by phalanx shields etc actually do it and fix the issue since it obv isn't fixed atall
