You can't have played a lot of comp since you're still untested and the placement matches give you opponents of all skill levels to gauge where to place you. Also, I'd suggest you build into health over weapon stat. 100 health does litereally nothing in pvp. Anything below 150 health is really slow and none of the weapons you're running benefit from a high weapon stat (the handling bonus increase stops at 100).
