Cherished Constellation triumph not working
I have been hunting down the ghost shells for the Cherished Constellation triumph it shows i have ghost found but i actually found 6 or 7 more that it will not count me finding. I was finding the ghost shells on expert difficulty then after a handful i looked to see what my count was and it showed still only 1 so I switched to Master and then Grandmaster difficulties and the ghost are not there anymore meaning it shows that I picked them up. What do I do to fix this issue?
