Hey there, in addition to the other answers, your three characters are XBox ones, meaning to want to abandon the current XBox account would mean losing your characters completely. (Just to clarify, the characters are 'on' Bungie's servers, with their access being tied to your XBox account's details. They do not need the XBox account itself to actually still exist, the deletion changes nothing except removing that way to access them. Since you have cross-save set up, this allows you to access those XBox-tied characters through PSN and Steam instead, without needing your XBox login. But the characters, inventory, progress, passes, etc, are still tied to XBox) Because of the various policies in place, you can't remove it, as you know.
