Nether and Sunless Cell
It doesn't look like Bungie is going to go back to the old system, so long as the portal is going to stick around, can we expect the Nether as a pinnacle op, and Sunless Cell as a fireteam op in Renegades?

I can’t believe they put a strike in the game for less time than the festering core lol.

1 ReplyThey'd have to rip the strike outta the whole overall Dreadnaught to recode it as solo so doubtful Their only way to get around it is giving us the Nether etc back but since that whole dlc content was ripped back out chances are they cannot nor do not wanna even try to Frankenstein it back in Why? Because the issue is that this game is a "constantly online only" game and can't even function offline for two seconds without it freaking out and kicking you outta an activity at the slightest network hickup after a few seconds of not being able to reach the servers, weirdly enough most of the time the AI sure manages to keep working as intended though. Idek WHY bungie never bothered making the game be able to still run offline w/ a idk lets say 1 minute buffer so you aren't kicked out of an activity (no more instant error codes at random for no reason), like why isn't that a thing? I'd take being frozen in place and the game too unable to do anything until it can reconnect to servers or players than outright getting yeeted out to orbit or login screen at the slightest network oopsies.

1 ReplyWould be cool but doubt it the nether is a unique destination that was removed from the game. Bungie hasn't even added most of the in game content into the portal. It would have been better to have the nether along side the sorrows for the festival of the lost than waste resources on reclaim and ash and iron
