Iron banner game mode worst game mode ever
Title I think sums it up!
For a returning player I had some positive memories but the matchmaking and game mode are so bad I’m honestly contemplating deleting it again.

3 RepliesIts only fun for bubble titans or well users, everyone else will have a miserable experience. Those 2 supers have been in need of nerfs for a while now. I don’t understand why we still have 4 tiers. The game should only have 3 tiers. One for support, another for one and done supers and one for roaming supers. They also shouldn’t be so far apart, that way bubble and well users cant abuse this thing as much as they like

The PvP in this game is bad. Compared to other competitive games, MMO's that try to incorporate some kind of PvP has always been unbalanced and terrible. It's objective too that's it's bad.

It was obvious rigged and they admitted, that is how pvp feels. It’s not something I’d recommend playing more than 3 games, and even then try your best not to play. Anything that says cbmm is a lie, I’ve seen worse connections in the cbmm mode. And sbmm is their way of forcing wins and loses. If you haven’t played a lot pvp you’ll never notice, but if you are over 1k games played, you’ll instantly know when they lobby balance you

I find it funny how many games I’ve seen decided over someone running away with their tail between their legs to preserve their pointless k/d, over capping the point that would have won them the game. I’ve seen a lot of games decided by one set of cap points.

Way better than eruption. Hated that mode last time.

Player base is overall braindead. Most people cap the zone and then push to flip the spawn anyway. People that like Fortress just want a break from their embarrassing .18 KDA.

1 ReplyIf you’re just playing for KD you will lose every match. The objective is to capture and keep the zones. When the turrets show up destroy them and try to hold the point to gain fast points. Hence bubble titans are cracked in this mode.

I really like it a lot. Its kind of like king of the hill in Halo.

4 RepliesWish there were an IB mayhem with Cabal Psion Flayers (with their own elements) dropping in and messing up players and stuff, like getting killed by them will minus points or killing all 3 Flayers will grant triple amount of points or sumthin

Not even close. People are just mad their op weapons and ability spam means jack -blam!-. Learn some strategy.

The game mode is fun, if you play it how you're supposed not and not just hide at the back thinking your kills will make you win lol

I don’t know what they’re thinking. Although I do think Fortress is great as it’s something different and doesn’t focus on the normal “kill everything” It actually requires thought.

Honestly, I can't believe there are sitll players who do not understand the objective. Its absolutely mind blowing. Then add in the lag from this week and the contacting servers and disconnects.. Its terrible. Worse than terrible.. but hey.. they fixed the ability to triple dip on the World public event loot chests on Neomuna. So things are good right!!

Tbf it’s not the worst. I think it was way worse before. At least now it’s zones.

I might disagree, im kinda enjoy it but sometimes i need to pull my sweaty loadouts instead of having funs.
