(PvP) So everyone complained that splender was op cos of “damage on demand” but a Hunter doing it off a dodge is fine?……
Bungie could you please enlighten us why you made this choice? Also it works with Wormhusk so don’t give us any of that “sunspots and rifts are for healing” krap.

hunters r th best class so we get cool things, othr classes r lame so they get nothing. if u want good things then play a hunter or jus stop complaining when u choose to play lame classes

What made Loreley Slendor before the sunspot changes so powerful wasn't just it's 20% damage buff but also the fact that it healed, increased ability regeneration, extended the damage buff on kill, and is on the fastest charging class ability in the game (rally barricade). The dodge only has a 10% damage buff in PvP and has the same base cooldown as a warlock's rift, which have the longest cooldowns of all the class abilities. Saying the new dodge is broken is like saying empowering rift is broken. And like empowering rift, the dodge doesn't heal or decrease its own cooldown.

1 ReplyLol at the mental hoops people are jumping through to justify it. “100% uptime” overshield is not fine but invis is, and now “100% uptime radiance” from dodge is fine but overshield still isn’t.

Bungie isn't consistent. What's OP for non-hunters is perfectly fine for hunters. Just like how HCs are allowed to have it all, but other guns need to have weaknesses.

1 ReplyDoesn’t matter at all when half the enemy team doesn’t take damage properly in most matches due to piss poor geolocation in matchmaking and constant crossplay lag between Xbox and Playstation. First get the game running so that it actually works even somewhat reliably and then worry about balance, although even if this game wasn’t the lag fest that it is i don’t see this being a big problem.

5 RepliesLiterally nothing that doesn’t already one shot is able to one shot with Radiant. That was the whole problem with Lorely, is just popping barricade and one tapping people with Le Monarque/Eriana’s Vow/High Impact Snipers. Radiant buff is literally half of what Lorely was pre nerf. Meanwhile now the x2 Recovery makes you a damn near unkillable god. Cry some more.

8 RepliesLoreley allowed for on-demand damage, but also a huge amount of uptime on this damage, and I think that was more the problem. Not only have on-demand buffs been made weaker in crucible, the hunter's acro-dodge has a really long cooldown, thus killing the idea of a long uptime that made Loreley great.

It’s because it’s only a 10% damage boost. Most complaints about Lorelei were because the damage buff could drastically drop TTK. Radiance doesn’t have that.

Well now outside of momentum damage buffs have a cap so that only weapons that could already one shot will one shot. As apposed to last season Titans that were just allowed to one shot with anything from any range.

49 RepliesHunters are a 10% buff. Which is negligible on 95% of anything that's actually relevant. Lorely was 20 or 25% on demand on a shorter cooldown, on top of the heals and cooldown reduction. It gave you an ability that was otherwise on ability kills only. And it was only ability kills for a reason.

And FFS, there is a HUGE difference between the old loreley and the actual hunter dodge, you just can't spam the dodge in 11 seconds like with the barricade. And Titans can also get the buff easily, now take a look at how shitty warlocks are now, just stop.

You can’t one shot with radiance…that’s a massive difference. 10% is equal to rampage x1. Lorely let people sit in the back of the map and 1 tap
