Forget why you got up and wander about the house in the dark.
Look out all the windows, trying to remember why you got up.
Search the kitchen for food stuff and leave empty handed cuz you can't be bothered to cook anything this late.
Finally end up in the bathroom to glare at yourself in the mirror for a bit.
Leave the bathroom.
Lie back down in bed, play around on your phone, and finally remember you gotta piss.
Then get up to switch the laundry over?

I end up doing these things, but never because I forgot to empty my bladder. Usually because I went downstairs to take care of something then I end up forgetting what I’m doing there in the first place. Then I just end up wandering the house until I either go back stairs or remember what my objective was.

1 ReplyGenerally, once my bladder wakes me up, it's impossible to ignore for long.

Adult diapers at night make it a problem for the morning

No, but sometimes I just wake up randomly and can't go back to sleep, Insomnia maybe...

6 RepliesYou forgot to mention the part where you partially blind yourself while trying to glare at your reflection on the mirror because the bright lights are murdering your eyes.

Nope. If I begrudgingly leave the comfort of my bed to do that annoying -blam!- bodily function, I'm definitely going to do it.

1 ReplyMy bathroom is right next to my bedroom so I have no distractions when on a night time piss run. That doesn't help stop me from lying awake in my bed and contemplating embarrassing things I said 10 years ago though.

All the time

No, but I often get up and start getting ready at like 2 in the morning. After a minute or 2, I realize that I don’t have to get up yet and go back to sleep.

Every morning at 3am, since I have to work at 5
