I've played d1 and d2 for years I played though all metas and had things given then taken away. things I've loved that where broken and yes needed a nerf. when top tree was buffed to its current state I thought it was viable and good it countered well against spectral hunters that were impossible to kill or bottom tree strikers that could kill you over and over in the same super. and was an island of its own against the scourge of stasis. it wasn't broken and a skill gap that was rewarding to those who chose to master over the cheap kills provided by stasis. Bungie has nerfed or sunsetted most everything in this game I have loved recently and only my top tree dawnblade keeped me playing pvp. with no new maps for over 600 days with poor sandbox choices ie stasis destroying Lunas and NF . felwinters all over the place ability spam. So I'm at a crossroads the one thing I enjoy about this game is proposed to be getting nerfed. we'll if u want my feedback nerf this and a seven year veteran of the game with all the money I've spent will be gone done finished.
