Weasel error after purchasing an add-on on ps4

Good day! Basically I play on PC and the other day I decided to buy the last add-on for ps4 and play with friends on the console. From that moment on, I started getting a weasel error. which I don't have to play all day I made all the recommendations that were on the official website and the folk methods with leaving the clan do not help me, for the third day I cannot play the game for which I paid for on two platforms. You can't treat your loyal players like that, not only have I bought the game and all the add-ons on the PC, I still buy all this on PS4. I ask you to resolve this issue. ps. Before purchasing the add-on on ps4, everything worked perfectly and there were no errors
