It's not like they're putting dodge in the ground, it's like a 3 or 4 second difference. I know that can be big, but all it means is we have to be a little less reckless with our positioning. I think that's a fine nerf considering how good we are with our mobility anyways. Speaking of that, bungie please do something about top tree dawn. It's stupid good.

Decent twab. Good topics were discussed. Only downside i can currently think of, if catalysts tied to exotics getting vaulted. I know some are as simple as getting raw kills with the gun once the catalyst drops, but due to some being tied to certain destinations, and outright removed from existing owners of said catalyst if not completed, a bit of clarifacation seems to be needed, and/or would be appreciated. Whisper and outbreak may have tedious catalysts to complete, but nothing is more frustrating than worldline zero's, which is disapearing if uncompleted. I hope the grind will be time consuming, but won't be sanity consuming instead.

Has to be a complete joke and a waste of time. Nerf the hunter dodge from once every 9 seconds. But kept WARLOCKS DODGE AT 4X EVERY TEN SECONDS. Bungie you have absolutely NO idea what you’re doing

6 RepliesSo hunter dodge increased to add 4 seconds for refresh, but dawn blade get two dodges every 5 seconds? Seems fair.....not! I’m curious of the reason for the “nerf”.

3 RepliesI'm a bit confused about the storage requirements section. From what I understand it seems the current size of D2 is 116GB and the size after the update will be 70GB. If you want to preload on PC you need 186GB for both the files after the update and the current files. Is this correct? Would it be possible to install the game on a 150GB hard drive? Do I just update the game after BL is out? Do I have to uninstall the game and then reinstall after BL?

Is HDR controls now working? Brightness control has been broken for 12+ months. Did you fix the crushed Blacks which make it impossible to use HDR in very dark areas? Your still claiming this game is HDR on Xbox, and it's clearly broken at the most basic level.

20 RepliesThat's for the update. It's a little disappointing that you are moving raid exotics to another RNG drop in the new RAID. Ok, I'm more than a little disappointed. I don't know why this wasn't announced months ago? Maybe in the future, we can share these sort of details so people can decide if they would rather wait or grind out the same activity 100's of times? Does anyone know xbox game pass people will have to buy the season pass?

1 ReplyEdited by Griever: 11/6/2020 7:29:29 AMThe only problem I have with the Lost Lights kiosk is that to get the raid weapons you still have to do raids to get the currency on top of most likely also needing Ascendent Shards and/ or Ciphers. I can almost never get a competent raid group (when I'm in the rare mood) and after god knows how many, you're eventually going to just give up. Unless we get a weapon as strong in PVE or PVP as the Y1 Mythoclast was in PVP (before all the fusion rifle nerfs that it should've been excluded from because it was a fusion/ AR hybrid), I don't see myself frustrating myself trying to complete a raid for a weapon that has no buffs/ much needed QOL changes like Tarrabah or a weapon that has so many contenders or better options that it's completely unnecessary like Anarchy. Doesn't help that nothing has been said about future raid encounters also being repeatable for rewards so there's that too.

Based on this is it safe to assume that unless the game has to be taken down there will be no other update come release?

Also pinnacle/pursuit weapons can be gotten at this new Kiosk for a certain amount of glimmer etc...... does this include not forgotten? I know its sunset and its isn’t supposed to be cheap on the resources we’ve collected but won’t people will be mad about this? I could say the same about the raid exotics but honestly that seems fair too me that is, not sure how everyone will like that.

So I read the entire This week at Bungie twice. I don't see any mention of the the finale or conclusion mentioned. Is there some event planned or not?

Bungie thanks for the hardwork and extra hours put in from home. Less than a week away until the next big launch and here is to hoping it goes smoothly for everyone. D2 gives all of us a place to break away from work, studies and the busy day to day of family life. Patch notes sound good (hunter main and the dodge adjustment is very reasonable)

So bungie please anwser me this, the hunter dodge nerf was because people could get it to really low lvls of cooldown with various gear etc. so why the hell would you nerf the standard dodge for all hunters and not nerf the components that made the dodge have a really low cooldown? Who is making these horrible decisions, this is a no brainer why make everyone else suffer when you could just nerf the people that actually take advantage of the game and make the dodge cooldown lower then you guys expected??
