Cannot Unlink Steam Account From Cross Save
Hello!
I will try to give a mini summary.
- I had an old Steam account I linked to cross save, but it has since been deleted as I didn't have a reason to use Steam again until recently, I now have a new Steam account
- cross save won't let me unlink because it wants me to log into this deleted Steam account to do so, I can't recover it and have asked Steam support
- I just want to link my current Steam account to cross save, but I can't remove the old one (and even if I could, it would probably make me wait 90 days to relink)
- is there like customer support that could remove the Steam account for me or can I delete my Bungie account and start fresh so everything works?

To deactivate cross save, you must be able to authenticate all platforms. You will need to contact Steam to help gain access to your account. If that is not possible, you are stuck with cross save enabled.
