It gives way too much info without any risk

Never mind removing swords, emotes, pvp, pve or whatever, Remove snowflakes and cry-baby's.
-
Simple lets just put all snipers to heavy slot problem solved no need to 3 peek anymore
-
2 RepliesMaybe in competitive modes but wouldn't change much in quickplay. Never understood why there isn't restricted loadout already on competitive modes. Wouldn't that actually make it a challenge ?!
-
4 Repliesremove all weapons.
-
1 ReplyRemove crucible
-
An easy “balance” to this would be to constantly ping the radar from further range when emoting, but that’s if it had to change
-
2 Repliesit’s ridiculously sad this has 0 upvotes. 3 peeking makes trials sooo boring. that alone would make the playlist soooo much more intense, sweaty & fun to play. instead of super simulator.
-
Only from survival and trials. It is fun to sword ape and emote with randoms in 6v6
-
I agree that 3 peeking is a problem but your suggestion is over the top I think. Just disable swords and emotes in trials and it should be good enough.
-
2 RepliesYeah, no. It's something everybody can do if they choose and it's not that major considering all the other real issues in the game and PvP specifically to worry about.

Edited by Soul_Eater_42: 9/8/2020 12:18:19 AMLet me guess...you're a sniper main, aren't you? Only reason I could think of that you'd be bothered enough to make a post about it. You need your opponents to be dumb enough to run out into that sniper lane you're hardscoping, right?

6 RepliesRemove pvp, problem solved
-
9 RepliesEmotes -Fine, Swords - remove from the game entirely. They are just a crutch for those that don't know how to shoot. This game used to be a true shooter, now it is just 75% sword losers....

*grabs popcorn*
-
Nope. Welcome to Destiny pvp. If you want CoD or BF, you’re in the wrong game.
-
4 RepliesWhaaa.. Bungie this guy is peaking so I can't sneak up on them!! Whaaaaa!!! You see how silly that sounds.
-
14 RepliesRemove snapshot and aim assist perks from snipers. Also, increase sniper flinch and zoom.

Edited by TJ_Dot: 9/7/2020 11:51:27 PMI vote on not shitting on the game for Trials. Logic like this got us D2 vanilla. There is nothing you can do about this "problem" without tampering with the game elsewhere in a negative way. Know what gives even more information? Wish Ender. Counter with that.

In trials only...

Dude, don't try. I remember very well when I was quite recently connected to this game, and the first thing I noticed is that emote allows you to automatically switch to a third-person perspective on the pvp side of the game. And it creates a certain medium, to use that to gain a certain advantage. For some, it may even hurt, but the fact is, others will exploit it. I tried to post something on the forum, but still on the same day, my post was drowned by people who were very "triggered" by the proposal to remove emotes from the pvp side. You know, it's a fight with windmills ;)
-
2 RepliesEmotes are better than teabagging. I only use emotes to say hello to and congratulate my own teammates after an especially tough match.
-
How else are we supposed to fight off hackers? Sword peeking is the only thing allowing us to fight hackers with wall hacks. Its also not a big deal to me because our radar is always on, our mobility is fast and most guns kill in one shot while having the biggest bullet magnetism ever created in a video game. Sword peeking is by far the least of your worries, there are so many other BS far more annoying than a little corner peeking.
-
Everyone has access to it. So its a condition of competition. One that has been a part of high level PvP since Y2 of Destiny 1.
-
Don't bother mate. Too many small-brains on the forums.
-
9 RepliesEveryone can do it. Therefore it is fair. Otherwise you’re just feeding lane snipers.
Sorry, all out of salt.
-
3 RepliesIf emotes weren't 3rd person what's the point of having emotes. You can't even see them.
