Yeah Maynard James Keenan (the lead singer) is a pretty odd guy, and the bands he is a part of tend to be a bit out there too.
I’ve listened to Tool since I was 12 , and have loved them ever since.
They tend to explore the kinds of themes that aren’t touched on by most bands.
If you give them time, they can grow on you and before you know it, you’ll have listened to them for 17 years lol 😂

Yeh I’ve seen weirder bands though. And more obscure ones, For the life of me I can’t figure out why people like the song “my immortal” by evanescence. It’s not that great. My 3 fav songs by them are bring me to life, the chain cover for gears 5, and imaginary, if you wanna check em out
