Destiny tracker says it is in less than 1% of loadouts and is responsible for 1.4% of crucible kills...
That would loosely mean you come across it once every 100 guardians.
Do you have Jotuun? People that actually have the gun know that it gets dodged more often than it kills.

Yes, kind of, it works out more like I in every 7.6 games, as 12 guardian per game. But the amount of usage is not that important to me, most weapon hover around the 1% mark. Its the lethality of jutunn that stands out, at 1.44, and also that it has almost 0%headshots. To me that says, it's a very lethal weapon that doesn't require accuracy.
