Bright Dust in Season of the Dawn
Can we have an increase in bright dust from bounties? The weekly should be more than 200. Dailies should be at least 100 or at minimal 50. Weekly's 500.
If there is a reason that you, Bungie, are increase Bright Dust cost without increasing access to BD reasonably please enlighten me. I just want to understand.
Also, it would be nice if you could lower bright dust cost. But please increase it.
And pleas, fellow Guardians, don't trash this forum. I really don't want it cluttered with hate posts.

2 RepliesJust go back to unwanted sh*t from Bright Engrams that I earned 2 years ago decoding into Bright Dust so I can get the small selection of new stuff each week. Took me a whole Season to get the full set of Empyrean Cartographer armour for my Titan. Looks great and I'm proud that I earned it instead of buying it with Silver but it took nearly all my BD.

I want the old system back where duplicates give some dust, I could just play the game how I want and where I want, without having to play 3 characters in 3 different game modes to get decent amount of dust.

16 RepliesThis is way to much, as someone pointed out 9k a week just doing weekly bounties. But a bump from 10 to 25 and from 200 to 250 would be fair I feel. That’s only an extra 150 per character doing all the weeklies. But the jump from 10-125 means you only need 4 bounties to get 100 and 40 to get 1000.

We need activision back look at eververse now i can't tell the difference from what bungie did to what Activision would've done. Everything bungie did is exactly what Activision would've done.

Id like to see silver be purchasable through Destiny 2 app. So i can use my google play opinion credits in destiny. Bungie... Why not?

Every item you are "allowed" to buy with bright dust is one less item that you would otherwise have had to buy with real money. TL;DR: $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Yeah they flat lied that doing activities would earn bright dust. I should be given some for completing any activity. And bounties should give some as well.

3 RepliesBungie is shifting the proportion of content that is Silver-exclusive. Whereas it says the current season has about 50% of its content also sold for Bright Dust, Season of Dawn will see that figure increase to 80%. That means that only around a fifth of what's sold on Eververse will require you to plunk down real-world money to acquire it.

Yeh I'm pretty pissed about the BD economy to he honest. Addressing it by just adding BD to holiday events rather than increasing the amount you can gain or decreasing how much shit costs isn't going to fix it. I've given up on bungie actually doing anything that they say theyll pass the feedback along about. Turning into a trash game, so hopefully ill be able to find another looter shooter that's actually enjoyable (definitely NOT borderlands that shits boring).

2 RepliesI'd like to see a lot more bright dust in the season pass. Some really pointless rewards in there this season could be switched in future seasons. We got just four drops of 100 bright dust over 100 levels. That's enough to buy one rare emote, a few shaders. Even a transmat is 450. Basically gives us nothing. We used to earn bright dust playing the game, levelling up and earning bright engrams. The pass has replaced that. I'd like more frequent rewards of bright dust and /or higher amounts. Would also be nice to continue to receive bright dust above 100 levels too rather than just an engram every five levels. As it is i've just stopped buying eververse stuff.

The amount of people who are against this is beyond me. I really hate these kind of people who try to look like so honourable and what not yet most of them are using erintels and jotunns.

200 per weekly is okay, but it's limited and what's worse is only 10 per daily bounty, even though they are repeatable unlike the weeklies. It become a real grind. Once you have no bright dust; your week of play time becomes a grind for that instead of the other parts of the game, that's what irks me. ALSO, why does Bungie create an armor/weapon set earn-able in game, and then proceed to add additional themed items that match it into the Eververse store for Silver? Lore items, especially ones that match an already earn-able set should not be behind a paywall. It makes since for items that don't match up with something, or themed items that really shouldn't be in Destiny, like the little toy sparrow they made. Another solution is to make Bright Dust longer to earn (not difficult to earn) which sucks in my opinion but then make everything available with Bright Dust. That way players who really want to have all the items offered for that season can earn them, but those who don't want to do that long grind can spend real money to get them and do what they enjoy most in Destiny. The fact that they haven't balanced this right at the start of the new Season is concerning. Okay, my nobody rant is over. Have a good day.

23 RepliesI’m someone who barely has time to play, but I can make about 1k+ in bright dust on one character without trying to really grind bright dust in one week. I have a friend who made 6k in bright dust actually aiming to see how much he could make in a week. Do what you want with this information lol

Most definitely to increase Silver payouts. Then this Nostalgia Engram got brought in....and that eliminated chances of getting an engram for the new Eververse shiz.
