Iron banner is bad
Gear way to long to get and may not be what you what. Tokens are only for weapons. No armor for ranking up only guns after each game and cheating only makes it harder

Once you get your bounties and complete them you add the armor to the pool that you have a chance of getting. But I hear you want to really try for a Swarm of the Raven or whatever the Grenade Launcher is before completing the bounties so you don't dilute your chances at the Grenade Launcher. Just a thought. And I only played 1 day so far and already have at least one of the bounties like 5/6 of the way complete. It's not that long.

Tokens only allow you to get weapons and whatever armor pieces you have collected/unlocked by doing the quest. Bungie is aware of this, and it is my guess it is something they will change in the patch on Tuesday.

Simple idea: go back to d1 heavy ammo system and make IB Clash

I got 4 pairs of the same boots in a row all in the space of a minute :/ wtf!? Absolute grind fest of a game! Anything to keep you playing longer.

Look back at D1 when you only got 1 weapon from IB and didn't have 7 bounties that rewarded you? I'd say it doesn't take that long at all vs how things use to be and you are offered a lot more in D2. Well, at least with IB that is. Edit: Almost forgot, in D1 you didn't get a quest either for IB

I think our first four matches last night resulted in “mercy” rule wins and losses. The only remotely close game we had on the night was one where the enemy came back from a 30+ deficit in the last couple of minutes before we squeaked out the win at 124-123. Didn’t really have much of a problem with opponent’s weapon use outside of some of the usual shotgun sketch.

Agreed. Luckily for the final iron banner they are changing the requirements to get the armor. I also feel it’s bad because it’s control and it hasn’t been like D1 where it could be clash or control. Variety helps a lot.

Tell me about it holy crap, and i thought crucible was bad, but my god this Iron Banner is a joke, in D1. We were gods on the battlefield, D2, nah We regressed, now we are shotgun apes, can I tell you how often I see a jumping Hunter monkey with a shotgun? No skill either with a wardcliff spam.

Edited by MightyJandal: 7/24/2019 2:16:09 PMUnfortunately you’ll just have to grind the quests out...not sure if the final step cheese is still applicable this time around but since i did the quest last time IB feels alot more rewarding than grinding the menagerie for enhanced perk armour. Hate it now love it later. Got full sniper enhanced armour from just rank up rewards (got the enhanced unflinching and enhanced dexterity from last IB) now im just a gaunlet away from full enhanced hand cannon gear.

Do questline first then cash tokens in. Then ud get gear as well.

You are only getting weapons from packages because you haven't done the armor quest yet After you unlock a piece of armor in the quest, you can get a different roll with tokens
