I googled it, but it brought me back to the forums, is it a meme that was made by offtopicans? Or is it even a meme? What is ackdaka?

Not a meme. This is from my conversation with speaker... though I guess you saw it already[quote] They are whale-like creatures from the Kaptaan system.
