Weekend Poll: All Green Thumbs
So, how good are you at growing and caring for plants? Do you have a garden? Do you have house plants? Or does everything green wither and die under your watch?

No garden, but most everything I plant usually does well and comes back up every year. Kind of early to tell on the rose bush, but all the other plants are sprouting so far. I'm planning on re-landscaping soon, so everything that wants to live needs to pop up soon so I know where it is and don't dig it out.

I dont have a garden but Im pretty damn good at growing and maintaining plants. Back at my junior high I made the safety and ecology office on student council and help set up the school's ecology club (which all these years later is still kicking strong and growing). While doing that I also helped set up the school's garden (which now provides a lot of the vegetables and fruits the school uses) and put forward my own project to the principal to get rid of all the trees that were just sucking up way too much water. It was approved and I did a fundraiser for it which went well and the project was underway. One day over the weekend with the help of some peeps we swapped out all the trees and plants in all the large pots around the school with drought resistant ones. I've helped with other projects like this around the city as well a few times so Im pretty experienced when it comes to just anything environmental really.

I don't do any gardening; my cats would just eat the plants. Plus, I don't think I'd do so well with it anyway.
