Crappy crucible requirements are ruining this game
Every time I see a quest step for anything with crucible now I refuse to do it, So I won't be getting the last word I guess, thanks bungie, for once again screwing over casual player with shitty crucible requirements.

19 RepliesThey put Crucible requirements to keep people in Crucible kind of like the dailies. They know the majority of Destiny 2 players hate Crucible. It's the only way they can keep people in it for the ones who love Crucible.

4 RepliesYep. Pretty much tonight was the final straw for me and destiny. Getting pounded over and over and over again at quickplay by all the clans that got the last word already when I’m matched with 5 randoms playing against a clan of 4-6. Cool!! The community has been pretty vocal about a crucible matchmaking set for solos/non-teams for a LONG time and Bungie has ignored all the feedback. Bungie has basically rendered Crucible impossible to get a fair game at any longer as a solo player.

Just hop into Mayhem and grind it’s actually a lot easier than you think.

All you see in the quickplay lists are pub stompers using Luna’s or Not Forgotten etc.. The only reason why Bungie add pvp requirements to these quests is they too can see crucible is pretty much dead and they are trying to give it a boost.

Having to do crucible is not the problem. The problem is the state the crucible is in. With SBMM turned off it makes it harder for some quest lines to be done for some players. Turn it back on and then going into the crucible won't feel like a punishment anymore.

5 RepliesThank you, with your crucible quest just see 14 player of the clan preordering Anthem. I preordered anthem to. No stupid pvp. Just give choice to player to do pvp or pvr. Many clan are raid/pve based. When you see people with 14 ration domining the crucible it's really funny to see how the game is unbalanced cause played just reset the rank to kill new player. Lost a friend you bough the game and got pissed in pvp and mecanic of the raid. The 22 febuary i just delete destiny 2 and go full yime anthem.... This game got ruined....

1 ReplyBungie is pushing the causal players and solo players out of the game in favor of pvp . PvP is supposed to be their cash cow and it failing. If pve and causal players don't play pvp then their investors will take their money somewhere else. Netease invested money into bungie thinking they had the numbers for PvP for their future mobile game . The thing is pvp players don't buy season passes or dlcs so when bungie finish their pushing out of the causal player and solo player and netease see the lost of players and money bungie will be finished.

i like your mentality, because by your way of thinking I shouldn't have to do the raid to get 1k Voices then. Because i dont have time for it, dont want to do it. But because it's something i dont enjoy as much as other people, they should just put it in the loot pool for everyone. thanks! 27 RepliesA lot of people seem to misunderstand. It's not the fact that you need to play crucible that has people upset (maybe it's different for justanotherhusky, but I don't think so). It's the fact that you lose progress when you die that has people angry. And say what you want about people just being bad, but the fact that his post has 193 net up-votes says something, along with the fact that almost every thread on the main page is complaints about this. If it were just a grind, that would be fine, but I'm sick of stuff being relegated to crucible players. You already have Redrix's Broadsword, Redrix's Claymore, Luna's Howl, and Not Forgotten. There's no reason a predominantly pve game needs more crucible exclusive weapons

The gun is a PvP gun in practice and on paper. It’s fame in the lore is due to the fact that it was used to defeat Dredgen Yor. This quest is the first time I’ve ever thought a crucible requirement was actually sound.
