You see it the title, bump the topic, there’s no need for me to get less then 40% of my super after taking fire from 3-4 people in crucible when you can kill two people with shards of galanor and get up to 60% of your super back, nerf was somewhat uncalled for, I can see the if they toned the energy that is gives back down just a little, but not as drastic as it is right now.

Yeah it seems like when they "tuned it" they actually nerfed it. I don't really play much pvp so I cant comment on how it runs with that, but it really needs a buff to pve. Hunters with their shards of galinor and warlocks with phoenix protocol regen super energy so much faster its ridiculous. Usras need buffed to be on the same level in my opinion. And if it was a problem in the past in pvp I don't know why bungie cant separate pvp and pve...

Ursa needed that nerf heavily. Super after super is just too much in one match. Shards of Galanor do not need a nerf whatsoever. Here’s what people don’t understand about Shards. As soon as you kill someone with the blades, the next bunch of blades after that won’t hit anything because you killed that player/add. But when you have someone using their super let’s say Nova Warp, because they have more damage resilience the blades are able to do more damage and for that reason give the user more of their super back but not all of it unless there is a cluster. In short. Ursa needed that nerf. Shards do NOT need a nerf. End of.
-
The nerf was only needed because it was so easy to get super by blocking. Besides, the hunter exotic goes based off of kills/tagged enemies. And it isn't accurate. But Ursa in PVP was annoying. So the nerf was only necessary because of the BS in PVP but Bungie stated that they don't do good update transfers from each PvP/PvE.
-
No. Blade barrage doesn't get much energy back for getting one or two kills from what I'm aware of and those titan gauntlets have been broken as hell for a while. You can block, take 0 damage for blocking, increase the damage your allies with code of the commander AND get super energy back for being shot. Thats one of the best if not the best exotics as is anyway.
-
5 RepliesOkay dude I'm a Titan main and I love broken things to a extend but ursa were absolutely f@#*#$ I had 15 supers in one game they were completely broken
-
14 RepliesShooting the shield drains Titans super, so making them block is a valid strategy to wear them down. Ursa made running away the only strategy available. Maybe they nerfed it too hard, but imo, shards of Galanor and gwisin vest need to be nerfed as well. 50% super returned should be the cap on these exotics in pvp. Back to back supers takes away from the rest of the games pvp elements.
-
It’s beyond me why those got nerfed and the OEN and the shards were left alone. Ursa’s don’t do anything at all when nobody shoot the shield.

Edited by Lich: 12/2/2018 12:29:58 AMYou spelled dire ahamkara wrong. There’s no reason I need to kill 5 guardians to get like 50 percent super form a joke of a nova bomb
-
Players were getting 100% of super after only taking in 4 shots from a hand cannon or a full shot from a shotgun. Lets use common sense here, getting a max of 40% is still really awesome especially if you are smart enough to run 5 super energy mods on your titan. There is still a lot of power fantasy with the exotic but yeah it needed to get balanced a bit
-
2 RepliesUrsa furiosa should get a slight buff but not a broken buff gwisns vest and shards of galanor should be nerfed but as I said a slight nerd not a hey this exotic is trash let's not use it and that's coming from a titan and a hunter main I see both perspectives
-
29 RepliesNo, you can -blam!- off. The other exotics will be tuned down. I don't want titans poping 15 supers a game just because a blueberry in my team decides to shot 3 bullets.
-
Agreed. Don't call something a Furious Bear basically and then neuter it.
-
1 ReplyI say, don't BUFF it again. It was too op, getting insta refill on super just because you're bad at PvP ? Come on, learn how to play like normal. This game is unbalanced enough in PvP as it is, nerfing gear that gives your super back immediately is what most people want, and that's how it should be. Or else we will only see Titans in the future in pvp, everyone having the exact same gear, skills and weapons.....that sounds so much fun, doesn't it ?
-
8 RepliesBecause getting your entire super back in half a second cuz a team shot your shield, is balanced right?
-
28 RepliesBungie hates Titans, don't you know that? This is because hunters cry the loudest and Warlocks are whatever.
-
1 ReplyAt least in PvE
-
Nerfed, why though? Bungie? How about some communication you weenies. There was no good reason to nerf them. I’ll say it again, they sucked in PvE as it is and now you make them suck in PvP!! Quit doing this shit, give us something good and useful, effective, and then nerf it!
-
What are they? 😆
-
Don’t let this post die out, nerfs plagued D1 and people who seem to cry about everything ruin it for everyone, if spectral blades received a buff to hit detection, I don’t see why sentinel can’t either, hit detection for sentinel has been bad since launch. Titans really getting shafted
-
How about we get some small buff in drop rates of exotics b4 we get any buffs. I still javent gotten a single damn piece of gear or weapon from forsaken not counting quests
-
Classic Bungie. There is no middle ground.
-
As a hunter I support this. Fix gwisin vest but don’t touch shards cause I haven’t gotten them yet 😭 but seriously yeah ursa could be annoying but I wouldn’t consider it broken at all. I actually think titans need more supers like that. It fits the class, it’s what they’re supposed to do. Because when that titan is on your team he/she could absolutely change the tide of the battle with that super and everyone would love them for it.
-
43 RepliesUsing a freakin shield bigger than these maps to block any person who tries to shoot back instead of just die and you get your super right back is insanely broken and stupid and if you disagree you suck
titan cry babies already have ohk shoulder cheese
-
I disagree. But i agree that the warlock and hunter should also get a helmet that guarantees infinite 1HK melees to spam over and over. Titans are the biggest crybabies ever! Responsible for the wormhusk nerf, that was by the way unnecessary, as the wh was just okay. But surely have no problem having a helmet that allows them infinite 1HK shoulder charges. But fine, keep crying over galanor's you tool.

8 RepliesEdited by Erijian: 11/30/2018 10:42:12 PMOr how about they nerf Shards to bring it in line with Ursa's? Just a thought.
Anyone else impressed Bungie nerfed Ursa's but didn't even mention One Eyed Mask?
