Let's be honest here
If hunters and warlocks had exotics like one eyed mask and ursa furiousa they'd of gotten nerfed this last patch.

Shards is pretty OP (basically full refresh on a triple), and the void lock nade gloves are not bad at all.

On console that may be true. On PC titan seems to already have been the best before the mask.
