Some searching is all it took and patience. Gamers these days are babied.

Yes. The fixed "the most annoying objective" in D2. Truthfully, I died twice on that part simply because I got whacked by those spinning arm things. But those people that found this difficult, hard or the most annoying thing of that mission......please cancel your pre-order now and don't buy the game. Unbelievable that people found this part SO hard they needed to rant/complain about it to the point where Bungie "fixed" it for the release. Can't imagine how today's gamers would fare if they had to play Legend of Zelda on NES. They'd probably cry and rage quit within a few minutes of playing.

Because thinking and timing movement is hard.... http://gph.is/18YDvhp

This happened b4 the beta.

2 RepliesWell, that confirms that over half of the Destiny community has degenerated to a bunch of whining twelve-year-olds obsessed with CoD and Minecwaft.

1 ReplyIf they think that's too hard they should play halo 2 LASO

Bungie please, DO NOT take away the Turbine Boss!!!!!!!

A) I watched a number of people forget to look for the diamonds, so if you're struggling to figure out where they are, come on people, remember how the game works? It TELLS you where to go. Then B) as a Hunter I was fine. I messed up once and got killed, but that was because I messed up. GOOD. It should kill me for messing up. It was harder as a Warlock and Titan because those require specific timing and aren't as variable as the Hunter Triple Jump. And C) there's a platform in the middle you can jump on. There's platforms on the sides you can jump on and run around. They'll hurt you, but you can touch them without dying and just use them to jump off and get to the turbines. Simple. I really enjoyed this part; it looked cool and it was a DIFFERENT puzzle, with a BIT of creativity. It wasn't absolutely genius, but it was a clear sign that Bungie was trying to do more with the new game, have some variety. But everybody who doesn't think about what they're doing always assumes that it's someone or something else's fault when THEY mess up. Get a bit of brainage, people. And don't ruin the game because of your own difficulties. My 66 year old father did it. He struggled, but he got there, and he didn't whinge once. Can it.

LMAO I played the strike once, and beat it my first try. Not gonna lie, it only took me like 15-20 minutes.. Easy peazy lemon squeezy..

I was excited for D2 but this has me really worried now. I wish Bungie would treat these things just like From Software does...just tell everyone to "git gud" but alas Bungo of course is only worried about that $. "Ppl are struggling with the turbine? They found something "difficult" in OUR game? NEEEERF THHAAAT SHHIIIIT!!!!! We can't have any canceled preorders!" - probably luke smith

8 RepliesEdited by Jio: 7/27/2017 2:16:52 PMI actually had a lot of trouble getting to the second and third turbine because there's a very small window of time to take advantage of. It's definitely doable, but I would not say I enjoyed it.

What do you expect from Polygon, the BuzzFeed of gaming news?
-
Well they're the stereotypical Destiny players.

Reading this made me feel like the Raid is going be easy and worthless......
-
FFS come on guys! That was really easy! Honestly!!! 😒

*Facepalm*

They took that out? I actually really enjoyed that part of the mission. I didn't die at all, but that sense of needing to move knowing that I'd be killed if I didn't was a nice touch. Shame they took that out.

Thinking is hard. Good thing I grew up in the generation of "put a quarter in the machine" Die!?! "Put another quarter in the machine I mowed lawns for! "Die again"!!! $@&$!;)
-
12 RepliesThat part was harder than any raid challenge yet.

My 6 year old figured this out on his own while I watched. We are doomed (faster than we are already) as a species if this level of stupidity spreads.
-
I honestly thought these posts were jokes or something. How was that anywhere near difficult for people?
