just gonna edit this here cause people are seriously misunderstanding the timeline of events here. people were annoucning that they were getting flown out, and i got salty for pretty much a day. then i realized how pointless my saltiness was and got over it, then other people got invited and Bungie really showed me i was wrong from the beggining, week? later i got invited out of the blue Hey everybody! i just wanted to come out and say something about this. some of you may remember me from the early days of Destiny on these forums spouting all little fanciful theories on the lore and trying to really connect everyone with the story. my passion for this game has only grew and i've always strode to improve myself and the attitude of those around me. lately i've even started saying "being salty gets you no where" so when the Destiny 2 Event was being teased by the bigger names of the community i got salty. i thought it was just the same people again and that nothing had changed, but i cooled down and got constructive, instead of accusatory i'd say what i didnt like about it and how i'd like to see it change. then one by one alll these awesome people that i know and love started coming out saying the got invites, bigger podcasters and streamers and smaller too, and then i actually got one myself! (and i'm definitely not a big name, im practically a step above forum troll) so first off, THANK YOU BUNGIE (Deej Cosmo Justin and literally anyone else who possibly helped this) and second off, just stay positive Guardians, great things are upon us for Destiny 2, and i'll be one of the many large and small that will give you a first glance impression!
