Exotic primaries are being used:)!! Which are you using??
I'm really enjoying using primaries especially exotic primaries again and there's no better feeling than winning a primary gun fight I don't even wait or bother getting special ammo anymore I love outgunning snipers or side arms from a distance... yeah I have a bad game here and there but I do not mind cause I'm using my using exotic weapons again:)
OUTBREAK PRIME has become my favorite go to pvp weapon for 3s 6s and trials

I've used Parthian Shot, Three Little Words, Finnala's Peril, Eyasluna, Red Hand IX and Hawksaw. But I've settled on Badger CCL as my favourite primary weapon. I always find myself going back to it. Hits like a freakin' truck! Edit: I now see you said exotic weapons (oops). Seen a few mult-tools being used. Got killed by a First Curse which was refreshing.

Tried HM,mida, red death, hard light, thorn; none impress me, still too many ghost bullets, or the nerfs before rendered them useless. I only use telesto or thunderlord variants( mostly telesto for crowd control against fireteams, wormwood just for a change here and there) I'm seeing a lot of different primaries myself, and loving it.
